Policies:
* Payment must be made in full to guarantee space* Payment must be postmarked by Dec. 21st to get early rate/choice of WOTG
* Registration fees for cancellations prior to November 15 will be made in full
* Refunds for cancellations between November 15 – December 20 will be 50% of total registration fee
* Registration fees for cancellations after December 20 will not be refunded
* There will be a $25 service fee for returned checks
